French customers came to deeply inspect the quality of juice roll film

This week, ZL-PACK welcomed an important French customer to conduct factory inspection on the juice film produced by our company. This factory inspection focused on PA/PE juice film, which is widely used in the field of Food Packaging, especially for the packaging of liquid foods such as juice.

ZL-PACK's juice film has high barrier properties and can effectively block oxygen, water vapor, etc. to ensure the freshness and flavor of the juice; it has good mechanical properties, excellent tensile strength and wear resistance, and ensures the integrity of the packaging; it also has low temperature resistance and can be used for frozen storage, which meets the preservation needs of various types of juice.

In the quality inspection process, our company strictly follows a number of domestic and international standards. Not only does it meet China's GB 4806.1-2016 "National Food Safety Standard General Safety Requirements for Food Contact Materials and Products", GB 4806.7-2023 "National Food Safety Standard Food Contact Plastic Materials and Products" and other standards, but it also complies with European standards and has passed strict DGCCRF testing to ensure that the product does not contain chemical toxic substances.

During the factory inspection, the French customer conducted a detailed review of the production process, raw material control, finished product testing and other links. They recognized our strict quality control measures from raw material testing to online monitoring of key parameters in the production process and comprehensive quality testing of finished products.
