1.PET/PE – Clear, low cost, good for small sizes (under 100ml).
Shelf life: 3–6 months at room temperature
- PET / NY / PE – Clear, printed, or with a clear window. NY adds strength, drop resistance, and burst protection.
Shelf life: 6–12 months at room temperature
3.PET / AL / PE – Aluminum foil layer blocks light and oxygen.
Shelf life: 12–18 months at room temperature
If you make hot-filled drinks (above 100°C / 212°F) or need retort sterilization (121°C / 250°F) – ideal for long-life, shelf-stable juices:
1.PET / NY / RCPP – RCPP stands for high heat.
Shelf life: 12–18 months at room temperature
2.PET / AL / NY / RCPP – High heat + highest barrier.
Shelf life: 18–24 months at room temperature
