- Heat Seal Tester
Check points:the sealable temperature for Packaging Bag
- Pressure tester
Test how much push the bag can take. Mainly used for big bags.
- Water boiler tester
Mainly used for boiling bags (like pickles, jelly). To see if the layers come apart or if the seal opens.
- High pressure cooking pot
Test the fitness of sealed edge,to see if the layers come apart.
5.Vacuum machine
Avoid bags from burst,mainly for vacuum bag.
6.Tensile machine
Test tensile, puncture, and heat seal strength.
7.Computer tear tester
Test the tear resistance of raw material.
8.Swing hammer tester
After putting the sample in the drying box, cut a 10*10cm sample into small small pieces, then test for leftover solvent.
