Production Process of packaging bags
Last time, we talked about how Packaging Bags begin their story — crude oil is refined into naphtha in factories, then broken down into tiny chemical “building blocks,” like PET and PE. Those molecules are then rearranged through polymerization, turning into clean little resin pellets.
So how do these tiny pellets become strong, colorful, fully functional bags that protect and showcase your products?
That’s where ZLPACK comes in!
Follow me to see how our factory makes packaging bags.

Now we have 44 bag making machines. The daily output is around 9 000 000(nine millions) pieces.
Sixth step-quality control
We have the special laboratory with 8-10 engineers’ team, which can test the intensity, oxygen permeability, water permeability, tensile force, force of friction and so on.
The seventht step-carton packing
We use the export grade fumigation-free pallets to fix cartons to ensure the security during transportation.
The last step-Loading
There is LCL(less container load), FCL(full container load), By Air or as you request.
